Where did the name onehopechildren come from?

OneHopeChildren was a product of our founder's unfaltering reflection on the virtue of hope that kept his parents strong despite overwhelming difficulties. The abiding hope they kept in their hearts was that somehow, someday their pain and sacrifices would pay off. The possessed that inner "will" that insists, "despite all the evidence to the contrary, that something better awaits them [and their children] so long as they have the courage to keep …fighting." (President Obama, 2012). It was his parents' example that set the stage for the initial idea of what came to be known as OneHopeChildren.

100% of individual's donations go towards the programs of OneHopeChildren, which provide tuition and medical aid to children and elderly in the Southeastern Zone of Enugu State. A minimal amount is used to pay for gas for volunteer medical personnel during medical missions.

How is Father Felix involved with OneHopeChildren?
Father Felix founded the onehopechildren and his aim is to help the many children who possess the intelligence and love for education but do not have the financial means of attaining it.

How is important are prayers and worship in OneHopeChildren's mission and success?
Prayer is extremely important and one of our core values. While we need donations and help we know that, "If the Lord does not build the house, in vain do the builders labor…" (Psalm, 127)
